Perfect Union is full-bodied and medium-dark-roasted but retains some of the sweet notes, and it’s balanced and easy to drink! We love it brewed as a pour-over or a plain ol' drip coffee maker, and it makes for a tasty espresso.
The Colombian coffee is from the ASMUCAFE coop, a group of women farmers and landowners in El Tambo, Colombia. The women's mission as an association is to improve their families' quality of life through coffee farming and to contribute positively to their community by working together and sharing resources, knowledge, and support.
The gorgeous Brazilian coffee is grown under the attentive care of second-generation coffee farmer Denise Aparecida Pereira. It’s a naturally processed Brazil that blew us away with its flavor and complexity while maintaining an approachable balance
