Recording and Photography Notice
Our virtual and in-person LWVMC meetings and events may be recorded. The purpose of the recordings is to provide a record for the purpose of recording minutes and/or to provide information to members who could not attend the live meeting. Photography taken at our meetings and events may be used for digital and print promotions.
By entering our virtual or in-person meeting or event, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and release via the LWVMC website and/or other digital or print means.
Zoom Privacy Recommendations
- If you prefer not to appear on video, stop your video in Zoom.
- If you prefer not to have your voice on the audio, mute your audio in Zoom. You can enter your questions and comments in the chat.
- If you prefer not to have your name or phone number displayed, rename yourself in Zoom to something more anonymous (example: first name and last initial).
